3. Nurse until your child is at least 12 months
Nursing burns MEGA calories. If you have the luxury of nursing, stick with it. Not only will your baby reap major benefits, but you will lose belly fat by torching all those calories by making milk! Keep it up Mom!
4. Visualize your fat loss
See yourself losing that belly fat! Incorporate all 5 senses when you visualize the fat disappearing from your body. Remember, you may not see the scale move too much in the beginning of your program, BUT you will be losing fat. SEE YOURSELF SKINNY!
