Basic tips before working-out

One of the best thing to do before work-out or going to gym is to be prepared. I remembered when my sister suddenly fell down. He blacked out at the sight of blood or lose consciousness for a few seconds at the middle of her workout. She was running on threadmill for a couple of minutes when the incident happened. Then she realized that the last time she ate her meal was about more than 3 hours
