Oats

Every time I go to supermarket, the important thing I'm looking for are "Oats". I used to prepare oats mixed with low fat fresh milk every morning before going to work. Oats can be easily prepared and more over they have nutritional value, providing good amounts of protein, heart-protective polyunsaturated fats, B vitamins and vitamin E, combined with calcium, potassium and magnesium.
