Tomato is in my super food list

Do you love tomatoes? Me, I really like it. Whenever my meal has tomato side dish or any viand accompanied with tomatoes, I eat more. Tomato stimulates my appetite. And it’s good, because tomatoes are extremely rich in antioxidants, especially carotenoids such as betacarotene and lycopene, as well as vitamins C and E, making them good protectors of the cardiovascular system and against some forms
