Omega-3 may reduce dementia

Research suggests that older people who regularly consume oils high in omega-3 are 60% less likely to develop dementia than those who do not. Omega-3s are polyunsaturated fatty acids believed to have a number of significant health benefits. The French-funded study examined the diets of more than 8,000 people over the age of 65.
