Finally, try to drink at least eight, 8 ounce glasses of water each day when you are trying to lose weight. You can do this by drinking one liter of water at work and another liter at home. ACIDITY AND BODY FAT: THE WEIGHT-LOSS CONNECTION

One factor that rarely gets discussed when talking about weight loss strategies is body acidity.
