Announcing the burn body fat fast nutritional plan (diet)



A short time ago I mentioned in a previous post that I want to start a fat loss clinic.

Some people showed interest so I started working hard on creating a fat loss program.

I am happy to announce that I managed to finish the nutritional plan (diet) part of the fat loss program and will be posting it in the next couple of posts.

Because it is rather long (it is a complete fat loss diet) I decided to divide it into more smaller posts.

The posts will be as following:

I won't go into much detail here as the first post in the series will clear everything up.
