Before we start with the actual diet, there are some things you need to be aware of first:
This is not a crash diet. You won’t see any spectacular drop in weight in the first weeks.
Rather, this is a nutrition system that offers slower but continuous fat loss (not like the diets on which you lose weight like crazy in the first 2 weeks but then you can’t lose weight anymore, no matter what you try) and a way to maintain your weight and fat levels at the desired parameters after you reach them.
The emphasis is on eating natural, nutrient rich foods that benefit your body the most.
What we are trying to achieve is not necessarily a loss in weight but a drastic change in the body’s composition meaning that we need to reduce body fat levels to the minimum.
It’s not the weight that’s giving you that unwanted look, but the fat; believe me that as long as body fat levels are low you will look stunning at any weight. You will not starve on this diet; in fact you will be eating an impressive amount of food.
